It also enables buyers to automatically visualize the best value cost option.
The system consists of a build interface, a vendor/proposer interface, a tabulation interface, and a summary interface. The biggest advantage of using the cost analyzer is to bring all proposer costs into one common standard. The vendors fill in the data online in a secured environment. The system automatically tabulates and enables buyers to select the best-optimized value to feed into the proposal evaluation system.
