Florida Community College of Jacksonville has purchased the license to use Sysoft eRFP software

Florida Community College of Jacksonville (FCCJ) is one of the newest clients in the family of Sysoft eRFP users. They are implementing pilot projects before going to into full throttle. FCCJ is very excited about the online vendor response system in the Sysoft eRFP.
Vendors can respond online if your process requires the same. Vendors can register and login in a secured environment. The system manages login and password in standard web based processes. Vendors can respond to specific criteria, questionnaire and attach documents. You can guide them to keep them in focus in the response pages. The vendors can get reports on their own response and monitor their progress till they are finished. The vendors can upload entire proposals too. The lockbox procedures ensure that the vendor responses are kept confidential.
