Sysoft Right Hire selection system automates the hiring process and enables objective analysis to hire the right employee or consultant. It incorporates processes used by professionals in the fields for decades. The automated system keeps track of all process details.
Although a seemingly straightforward management responsibility, the task of managing the hiring process requires careful administration and tracking of substantial amount of information. If the selection mechanism is mainly a paper driven process, it makes the collection of evaluation data and the development of reports a very time consuming task. Sysoft Right Candidate selection system automates the candidate selection process for various types of jobs. The human resources department can create process templates for different types of positions. These templates can be reused. The templates can be incrementally changed to make them suitable for another similar but a little different position The software assists in providing quality evaluations, complete and traceable documents and timely hiring decisions. The hiring manager can monitor the hiring process. The system also quantifies the reference checks. The process allows online testing and responses, short-listing of resumes, initial interviews, further interviews, optional risk assessment and eventual hiring decision.
It is a group decision support system. The reports clearly keep a written record of the evaluator or interviewer ratings and comments.
