Collection, Use and Purpose Limitations of Your Information

Information you provide voluntarily:

Certain parts of our Website or SaaS Portal may ask you to provide Personal Information voluntarily, such as in order to register an account with us, to subscribe to marketing communications from us, or in submitting enquiries to us. Where Sysoft collects Personal Information on a Website, we will explain why such Personal Information will be collected.

Payment Processors:

Sysoft may use certain third-party payment processorsto process personal financial information such as name, phone number, address, zip postal code, and credit card or bank account information for the purposes of allowing Visitors to purchase various items via any Website. This includes purchases of any Materials or Services in connection with Sysoft Education Services. If you make any payment through our Website, your credit card and other billing details may be gathered and stored, for the purpose of completing your purchases. Sysoft does not store your credit card or billing details, and such details cannot be accessed by Sysoft’s staff. For purchases in connection with Sysoft Education Services, you should review privacy policy of third party payment processor to ensure you are comfortable with their privacy practices before providing any credit card information. Sysoft ensures that its Payment Processors stay compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards, as well as all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations related to the services provided to Sysoft by such Payment Processors.

Sysoft may also receive information from you via any blogs, forums, or comments pages that are maintained on any Website for public comment by Visitors. Note that if you provide any Personal Information via any page of the Websites maintained for public comment, your information will be publicly available to any other Visitor.

Our Cookie Policy and Use of Other Tracking Technologies

From time to time, some of Sysoft’s Websites or SaaS portals may utilize "cookies" and other tracking technologies. When you visit our Website, Sysoft may place one or more "cookies" on your computer. A "cookie" is a small text file that may be used, for example, to collect information about website activity. Who does Sysoft share my Personal Information with?
